My 4-year-old son was not eating his bread and I asked him to give some to the baby. What did he say to me? "I don't like babies stealing my food." So, I could not get him to share it even though I knew he was not going to eat it.
Later, when I brought out rice, his favorite, he said, "I want to give my bread to the baby."
